4. Company Identification Sign
5. 2 Lunches and 2 Power Breakfasts.

Arrangements for electricity, additional furniture and carpet must be made directly through Hicks Convention Services. Please complete the enclosed Electrical Service Order Form and fax to Hicks Convention Services at: 272-9491. For additional services and supplies, call Hicks Convention Services at 272-1171 AVOID HIGH SHOW PRICES by paying for these services by 5:00 pm on April 18.
